Jason Hatcher

Jason Hatcher was born in Minneapolis, Minnesota and raised in Minnesota, California, and Wisconsin. He received a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, Bachelor of Arts in Japanese, and an International Business Certificate from Arizona State University, where he graduated with Honors from ASU’s Barrett Honors College.
Jason Hatcher graduated Cum Laude from the Southwestern Law School SCALE Program in Los Angeles, CA, graduating in the top 10% of his class.
Mr. Hatcher has represented employees in wage and hour class actions representing nurses, respiratory therapists, route sales representatives as well as other hourly employees against hospitals, large retailers and service employers for unlawful and unfair business practices.
In addition to his work on class action suits for The Myers Law Group’s Complex Civil Litigation Department, Mr. Hatcher is also proud to represent employees in pursuing employer violations for the Fair Employment and Housing Act (religious discrimination, sexual harassment, disability discrimination, etc.) and wrongful terminations.
